Our Team

Dion Guldbjerg

Founder & Owner

In 2007 living with his family in Denmark, Dion created Montdor Denmark. He strongly believed that marketing should be an experience in itself and something people could enjoy.

With that philosophy in mind, he has created experiences for a multitude of brands over the past 15 years. In 2016, Dion opened Montdor Middle East in Dubai, thus expanding the agency’s footprint across two continents.

Kelly Young

Managing Director

With more than 14 years’ experience in management, communications, events and marketing, across North America and the UAE, Kelly is our marketing and communications expert. She has been an integral part of the Montdor Middle East since its inception.

Kelly spent most of her career as “the client’s right-hand” and thus has natural understanding of their needs. This is why Dion appointed her as his right-hand in taking Montdor Middle East forward.

Sam Kent

Special Projects Manager

A practical and commercial professional with a proven record of project delivery and operational management.

Sam has worked in locations such as – but not limited to; Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, New Delhi, New York, Washington, Philadelphia and throughout EMEA including Germany and The Netherlands.

Sam has been in Dubai for over 4 years. Previously based in London and has also lived in Shanghai.
